On October 27, 2024, the Embassy of Pakistan in Tokyo organized a ceremony to mark Kashmir Black Day, attracting a large gathering of Pakistanis, Kashmiris, and Japanese attendees.
Pakistan’s Ambassador, Raza Bashir Tarar, drew the audience's attention to messages from the President, Prime Minister, and Deputy Prime Minister of Pakistan. These messages highlighted the ongoing atrocities committed by Indian forces in occupied Kashmir.
During his speech, Ambassador Tarar commended the unwavering spirit of the brave and resilient Kashmiri people. He also expressed appreciation for the Pakistani community in Japan for their steadfast support of this important cause. Members of the Pakistani community and Kashmiri representatives voiced their solidarity with the people of occupied Kashmir, reinforcing their commitment to the issue.
In addition, the embassy arranged a poignant photo exhibition that showcased the atrocities and brutality faced by the Kashmiri people at the hands of Indian forces, further emphasizing the gravity of the situation in the region.
