In a meeting chaired by Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, a review of Pakistan's aid efforts to Gaza, Palestine, and Lebanon was conducted. The Prime Minister instructed the immediate dispatch of two aircraft loaded with relief supplies to Lebanon and Gaza, alongside ground transportation via trucks.
To ensure efficient delivery, the Prime Minister emphasized the need to strengthen communication with Pakistani ambassadors in Palestine, Lebanon, Jordan, and Egypt. He stressed the importance of ensuring that aid reaches the intended beneficiaries.
Furthermore, the Prime Minister urged wealthy individuals in Pakistan to contribute generously to the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund for Gaza and Lebanon, providing the IBAN number (PK11SBPD000000111111429) for donations.
A public awareness campaign regarding the relief fund was also mandated. The meeting received updates on ongoing aid operations, which include the shipment of tents, clothing, blankets, medicines, and food supplies to assist those affected by Israeli aggression in Gaza and Lebanon. It was noted that aid delivery is facing challenges due to ongoing conflicts and blockades.

The meeting was attended by federal ministers and high-ranking officials, including Federal Minister for Planning Ahsan Iqbal, Federal Minister for Economic Affairs Ahd Khan Cheema, and others.
Prime Minister Lauds Navy for Foiling Drug Smuggling Attempts
Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif commended the Pakistan Navy for successfully thwarting attempts to smuggle a large quantity of Indian-manufactured narcotic pills and drugs. He praised the Navy's role in safeguarding Pakistan's maritime borders and combating illegal activities in the region, expressing pride on behalf of the nation for their dedicated service.
