Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif met with the newly appointed Community and Labour Welfare Attaches of Pakistani missions abroad. During the meeting, the Prime Minister expressed his confidence in the transparent process through which the officers were selected. He emphasized the significance of ensuring the welfare of overseas Pakistanis and highlighted their crucial role in bringing billions of dollars in valuable foreign exchange to Pakistan.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif reminded the attaches to always prioritize Pakistan’s national interests and urged them to make concerted efforts to enhance the country's image internationally. He further directed the officers to actively seek employment opportunities for skilled Pakistani workers abroad and explore avenues for attracting business and investment into Pakistan.

The officers briefed the Prime Minister on their strategies regarding their respective stations, and the Prime Minister extended his best wishes for their future endeavours.

The meeting was attended by Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Tariq Fatemi, Prime Minister's Coordinator Rana Ehsan Afzal, and senior government officials.
