Interior Minister Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi on Sunday apprised Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif of the security arrangements ahead of the all-important Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) summit.
According to details, Naqvi called on PM Shehbaz at the latter’s residence. During this meeting, both leaders exchanged views on the country’s political situation.
Earlier, it was reported that the preparations for the forthcoming Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) have entered the final stage. Sources revealed on Sunday that the arrival of representatives from various countries for the staff-level negotiations had already begun.
It is expected that the negotiations at the ministerial level will commence on October 15, with delegations arriving tomorrow for discussions.
