Federal Minister for Information Attaullah Tarar criticized Barrister Gohar's statement, questioning the lack of evidence for PTI's claims of gunfire during the protests. "If a shot was fired, why hasn’t any evidence been presented yet?" asked the Minister.
The Minister highlighted that on November 26, miscreants armed with slingshots, stones, stun guns, and firearms attacked the federal institutions, causing casualties among police and Rangers personnel. He questioned, "Who will compensate for the loss of lives and injuries to these brave officers?"
Tarar further accused PTI of consistently resorting to violent politics and protests. He called on PTI to answer the questions raised against them instead of diverting attention through baseless allegations. "The tragic events of May 9 are fully documented, and PTI's entire leadership is involved in this incident," he asserted.
