Speaker of the National Assembly, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, has strongly condemned the improvised explosive device (IED) blast that occurred in Quetta, resulting in the martyrdom of four Frontier Corps (FC) soldiers and injuries to several others. In his statement, the Speaker paid rich tribute to the martyred personnel and expressed heartfelt condolences to their families. “The brave sacrifices of FC soldiers will not go in vain,” said Speaker Ayaz Sadiq. He offered prayers for the speedy recovery of the injured and said that the nation stands united with the security forces in the fight against terrorism. “Terrorists are attempting to destabilize the country through heinous acts, but they will not succeed in their nefarious designs,” the Speaker asserted. He also prayed for the elevation of the ranks of the martyrs and for patience for the bereaved families.
