Key Decisions and Agenda Highlights

The board discussed critical matters including:

A key outcome of the meeting was the decision to offer eleven high-value commercial plots in prime locations like Mauve Area, G-13/4, G-14/2, Skyline Project (Islamabad), Sky Gardens (Rawalpindi), and Cantt Station (Karachi). These properties will be offered via a mixed model that includes:

The board approved updates to the Park Road Project's land-sharing formula and layout plan to better align with public welfare. Additionally:

  • The draft Condominium Act and Rules will be shared with the ICT Administration for final vetting via the Ministry of Interior before submission to the federal cabinet.

  • The board agreed to abolish redundant posts, while post upgrades and creations were deferred pending detailed justifications.

Accountability and Organizational Reform

Minister Riaz Hussain Pirzada directed the Additional Secretary of Housing & Works to investigate staff deployment across subordinate bodies and report on any irregularities.
